Solidworks Save Images Macro

This macro is handy if you need to make a catalogue of components or you need images of all the parts for a database or something like that.

The macro saves images of the active assembly and its sub components, or just a single part to a folder called SaveImages_Output in the current working directory.

Images are named: [PART] – [CONFIG] – [TYPE].[EXTENSION]

Just open the assembly or part and run it using the Tools > Macro > Run menu item.

If you add it to your macro toolbar make sure to add the supplied icon too.
